Diagnostic CT course
Following an extensive review in October, our Diagnostic CT Course resumes on February 20. The VSNMT would like to acknowledge the significant contribution of Evan Read who coordinated the review.
We have taken the decision to cap the number of students in this intake. This has been done to ensure technologists undertaking the new program receive positive and timely support from our module coordinators. Technologists who applied to commence in this intake and were unable to be accommodated can be assured they will be offered a place in the July course.
The VSNMT is grateful to Dr. Marissa Bartlett who, after completing a major review of the physics module, has agreed to stay on as the Module 1 coordinator. We would also like to welcome Geoff Dick who has taken over from Kathleen Nagle as our module coordinator for the clinical CT modules. Geoff is recognised nationally within the medical imaging community for his expertise in diagnostic CT.
The changes made to the course are significant and we believe the content reflects current best practice.
